After receiving emails or petitions, the specialized staff of the monitoring team will deliver them to the Secretary's office for processing. The office will then assign the case to the appropriate department, and if necessary, the responsible staff will collaborate with other related departments to facilitate horizontal communication and cooperation. Once the case is handled, the results will be reported to the Secretary by the assigned department, and a comprehensive report will be made to the warden by the Secretary. After the warden approves the report, the Secretary's office will compile it and forward it to the specialized staff for record keeping and response.
