To retrieve the deposit, the detainee must submit a written application, stating the amount to be withdrawn, the name and relationship of the person who will receive the money, the reason for withdrawal, and the address and phone number of the recipient. After the detainee personally signs and confirms the application, the agency head must approve the request before the deposit can be withdrawn.

When collecting the deposit, please bring along identification documents and a seal, and contact the custody administration department's deposit management unit for retrieval.
