The Supervisor cooperates with the Corrections Department of the Ministry of Justice to promote the "Hand in hand, Love is not hindered" family support and assistance family promotion program, to construct a family-centered program, and to cooperate with the Keelung District Association of the Rehabilitation Fellowship of the Consortium. Chairman Jiao Enci personally led a volunteer team to provide enhanced family support and assistance volunteer services in the reception room, increase the accessibility of family members to resources related to social subsidies, help improve the quality of communication between the host and the family, and repair and improve the host’s health Family relations.

The reception room of the supervisor strengthens family support and volunteer services. It has been piloted since April 14, 110, and will be stationed at the reception room at 13:30-15:00 every Wednesday and every Friday. In order to ensure the quality of family support and assistance services for volunteers, all service volunteers are trained by social workers of the Rehabilitation Fellowship Keelung District Association to provide family members with the following services: 1. Provide information about social resources. 2. Assist in guiding the disabled family members. 3. Coordination for family relationship restoration. 4. Caring, accompany and pray.

On the day of the trial, volunteers enthusiastically asked the family members who came to meet guests if they needed assistance. There was a young mother holding two young children. Volunteers took the initiative to help hold the young children so that the mother could go smoothly. Go through the formalities and introduce the services of the church Sunday school to the mother. You can bring your children to the church on Sundays and take care of them by volunteers, so that the mother can have a chance to breathe. Volunteers also took the initiative to introduce the "Rehabilitation Fellowship, a more heart-warming home halfway home" to their families, hoping that their families can encourage inmates who are willing to give up drugs to go there after they are released from prison. The family members who received the service said that the service was very considerate and felt the warmth of society. A total of 8 family members were willing to leave contact information for follow-up counseling of the rehabilitation fellowship.

The Keelung District Council of the Superintendent and Rehabilitation Fellowship will train more volunteers to participate in the service, in order to achieve the goal of having family support and assistance volunteers stationed every day.
