In order to enhance the detainees' awareness of integrity, integrity, law and discipline, and artistic, cultural and ethical literacy, the Corrections Department organizes anti-corruption activities to invite detainees to participate in the "Integrity Crosstalk Creation and Performing Arts", with a view to promoting the traditional dogma from the perspective of social multiculturalism and life experience. Through lively speaking, learning, amusing, and singing, the content of the guide will be co-created to become the themes of anti-corruption, honest society, anti-bribery and other crosstalk performances, so as to enhance the inmates' awareness and support for the country's clean government policy. Strengthen the emphasis on the value of honesty and integrity.

On March 22, 2011, the prison held the preliminary competition in the prison, and 4 inmates (2 groups) participated. The inmate group representing the cooperative won the championship, and its work will represent Keelung Prison in the North District semi-finals.
