In response to the COVID-19 epidemic and to relieve the homesickness of the inmates, the prison and Chunghwa Telecom Keelung Operation Office cooperated to expand the "111 Mother's Day Phone Call Activity" on May 6. All inmates in the prison can make a phone call and extended Call time. A total of 151 inmates confided their thoughts to their families on the eve of Mother's Day, and expressed their deepest gratitude to their mothers, hoping to gain support, encouragement and care from their families and regain their new strength.
