The Prison and Chunghwa Telecom's Keelung Operations Office cooperated to hold the "112 Years Mother's Day Phone Call Activity" on May 9, and all inmates in the prison can make a phone call. A total of 229 detainees expressed their thoughts to their families on the eve of Mother's Day, hoping to gain support, encouragement and care from their families, and regain their new strength.
