In order to beautify the flower garden in front of the administrative building of the prison, an installation art competition is organized to encourage the detainees to show their ingenuity and create installation art works with existing materials combined with the cultural scenery and history of the Keelung area. On June 30th, the secretary led the heads of each department to score, and Xiaoshe's work won the championship.
