On July 21, 2023, the Prison invited Mr. Chen Yueliang, a successful rehabilitated person under the guidance of the Tzu Chi Buddhist Foundation, to give a speech in prison. He shared his life experience with the theme of mistakes and enlightenment, and established a halfway house "Bodhisattva's Home". Hope Can help the recipient return.
