The Jingsi Reading Bookstore was established by the Jingsi Reading Bookstore from Mutual Love Humanities Co., Ltd. and was donated by Tzu Chi volunteer Sister Chen Weiwei. The opening ceremony was held on November 24. A total of 12 inmates attended the ceremony.
