This prison cooperated with Chunghwa Telecom Keelung Operations Office to organize the "2024 Spring Festival Telephone Kissing Activity" on January 30. All inmates in the prison can make a kissing phone call. Total of two hundred thirty inmates expressed their condolences to their families on the eve of the Spring Festival, hoping to receive support, encouragement and care from their families and regain the strength of their lives.
