A face-to-face Mother's Day ceremony was held on May 3, 2024, with 49 inmates and 85 family members participating. During the event, the Keelung City Drug Harm Prevention Center provided family drug health education, and the Libertazi Foundation provided consultation on the Keelung City Social Drug Addiction Family Support Program to help inmates and their families understand social resources.
