This prison cooperated with Chunghwa Telecom Keelung Operations Office to organize the "113th Mid-Autumn Festival Telephone Kissing Activity" on September 11. All inmates in the prison can make a kissing phone call. A total of 251 inmates expressed their condolences to their families on the eve of the Mid-Autumn Festival, hoping to receive support, encouragement and care from their families and regain the power of rebirth.
