A lecture on "Basic Drunk Driving Prevention Education" was held on the afternoon of September 24th. Mr. Zhuang Yirong from the Keelung Motor Vehicle Office of the Taipei City Motor Vehicles Office, Ministry of Transportation and Communications, gave the lecture. A total of 86 inmates from Xiao She participated.
