To allow inmates to express their longing for their families before the Mid-Autumn Festival and to receive support, encouragement, and care from their families, thus regaining their strength for a new life, the prison, with the assistance of Chunghwa Telecom's Keelung Operations Office, added 32 toll-free phone lines and jointly held the "2025 Inmates' Mid-Autumn Festival Phone Calls to Families" event on October 1st, 2025. A total of 267 inmates participated.
