To facilitate reunions between inmates and their families, the prison held a special face-to-face call event on October 2nd, 2025. This event allowed inmates to rebuild family ties, convey blessings and gratitude, and incorporated anti-fraud education. The event also included an anti-drug awareness campaign conducted by the Keelung City Drug Harm Center to improve families' knowledge of fraud prevention and drug prevention. A balloon-making activity was also held, allowing visiting relatives to share their children and experiences with the inmates' families. A total of 48 inmates and 81 family members participated.
