On October 13th, Lin Kunhuang, CEO of the Keelung Yixin Cultural and Educational Foundation, was invited to the prison to conduct an anti-fraud financial literacy seminar. He explained common fraud methods and how to prevent them, as well as the difference between warning accounts and alert accounts and how to remove them. A total of 100 inmates attended.
