A lecture on "Basic Drunk Driving Prevention Campaign" was held on the afternoon of December 8th. Mr. Liu Yongchuang from the Keelung Motor Vehicle Office of the Taipei City Motor Vehicles Office, Ministry of Transportation and Communications, delivered the lecture. A total of 82 inmates from Renshe participated.
