On the eve of the Lunar New Year, Keelung Prison, in order to implement its humanistic care philosophy and deepen the spiritual education and character development of its inmates, invited the Tzu Chi Foundation of the Republic of China Buddhist Charity Foundation to conduct a year-end blessing ceremony on January 21, 2026. A total of 303 inmates participated.
