To facilitate reunions between inmates and their families, the prison held a special face-to-face reunion event on February 6th, 2026. This event combined anti-fraud education with an anti-drug awareness campaign conducted by the Keelung City Drug Harm Center. It also included balloon making and calligraphy activities for Lunar New Year couplets, which were given to children and their families present. This allowed inmates to rebuild family ties and convey blessings and gratitude. A total of 55 inmates and 105 family members participated.
