To allow inmates to express their care and longing for their families on the eve of Mother's Day and strengthen family bonds, Keelung Prison, with the assistance of Chunghwa Telecom Keelung Operations Office, set up 32 free dialing lines for the "2026 Inmate Mother's Day Phone Call Event" on May 7th, 2026. A total of 268 inmates made calls to express their love and longing for their families.
