In order to encourage out-of-school recipients to complete their national compulsory education, improve their humanities, and then return to society smoothly, the Japanese prison and the Kelon City Government Education Office held a 109-year self-study program for national middle and primary school graduates. Qualified recipients are supported by this supervisor, and are encouraged to sign up for the exam. This time, I am very grateful to the Education Department of Keelung Municipality for coming to the prison to set up a two-month course tutoring class before the exam. Counseling, and invited the principal of Ming Chuan Middle School in Keelung City, Mr. Xu Wenzheng, and Mr. Ming Xuan in China to teach, the two teachers' serious teaching attitude, and the care and encouragement from time to time in the classroom, so that the students were deeply moved and worked hard. During the study, the teachers also provided relevant test subjects and archaeological questions, strengthened the basic abilities of the subject, and hoped that they could pass the academic appraisal test smoothly. It has a certain degree of help in integrating the future with the society and improving the knowledge of returning to the society. It is conducive to the path of rehabilitation and creates a win-win for individuals, families and society. Significant progress, and published in several media in Keelung local version.
