In order to improve the quality of volunteer education in correctional institutions and strengthen the effectiveness of counseling, the Supervisor held the "109 Volunteer Training" in the conference room on September 14. First, Secretary Lin Shenglong gave a welcome speech, especially for volunteers. Our selfless dedication on weekdays assisted in various education and counseling work. We would like to express our infinite gratitude. We also emphasized that correctional institutions have attached great importance to education in recent years. However, it is not easy to reform a person. It requires the joint efforts of volunteer partners and our supervisors. I hope that in the process of accompanying, supporting and caring for the inmates, they can touch their hearts, improve their character, and become a good citizen again. In addition, Mr. Wu Jianfu, the promoter of restoration justice at the Keelung District Prosecutor’s Office in Taiwan, and Jian Yukun, a clinical psychologist at Catholic Gengxin Hospital, are invited to give speeches on the topics of "Restoring Justice to Humanism" and "Substance Abuse. Behavioral Problems. Mental Diseases" Interviewing Attitudes and Skills of Prisoners", explore how the multiple resistance factors of the addiction withdrawal process affect the emotional projection of helpers, and teach volunteers to use the skills, basic concepts, personality trait categories and other concepts that volunteers can use in meeting with the host There will be more help in future counseling. A total of 20 volunteers participated in the course this time. The volunteers said that the course arrangement was very lively and interesting.
