Ministry of Justice Correction Agency Keelung Prison File Application Review Form is detailed in the attachment.

I. According to the regulations of the Ministry of Justice Correction Agency Keelung Prison, the following matters should be noted regarding file applications:

(1) Service hours and location: 2nd floor, No. 199 Dongguang Road, Xinyi District, Keelung City. Service hours are from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 11:30 AM and 2:00 PM to 4:30 PM; closed on national holidays.

(2) When accessing, transcribing, or copying files, the following should be observed:

1. No eating, smoking, making noise, or interfering with others.

2. When transcribing files, only use pencils or portable computers; when copying files, follow the operating instructions and use the photocopying equipment provided.

3. Do not damage the cleanliness of the environment or the equipment in the application area.

4. Applicants using files should keep the files intact and must not add notes, alter, replace, extract, highlight, deface, disassemble bound files, or use any other method to destroy or alter the content of the files.

II. Charges for accessing, transcribing, or copying files: Follow the "File Access, Transcription, and Copying Fee Standards" of this prison.
