How to help my friends and family reject drugs

First and foremost, it is important to have knowledge and common sense in order to effectively help your friends stay away from the dangers of drugs!

First movement: Huh! What's the connection between drugs and cigarettes, alcohol, and betel nut? Cigarettes, alcohol, and betel nut are gateway substances to drug use. If your family and friends around you have the habit of using these substances, encourage them to quit!

Second movement: Does drug use lead to death? All drugs harm the physical and mental health of users, and they all carry hidden risks of fatality, which vary depending on each individual's physical condition.

Third movement: What are the behaviors of drug users? Emotionally: talkativeness, restlessness, depression, and argumentativeness. Physically: chills, drowsiness, loss of appetite, vacant gaze, unsteady gait. Sensory: hallucinations, visual distortions, auditory hallucinations, loss of spatial awareness. Behaviorally: suspiciousness, exaggeration, aggression, irrational behavior, lack of motivation.

Fourth movement: What are the characteristics of the appearance of drug users?

  1. Methamphetamine users: insomnia, agitation, poor appetite, weight loss; excessive suspicion, presence of drug odor, and discovery of drug paraphernalia such as bottles or aluminum foil.
  2. Inhalant users: actions resembling drunkenness; presence of solvent odor on their bodies or in their rooms; finding empty containers of inhalants or plastic bags containing adhesive or nail polish.
  3. Heroin or opiate users: significant financial expenditure; signs of intravenous injection; pinpoint pupils, anxiety, yawning, runny nose, tearing, nausea, vomiting, and other symptoms.
  4. Ketamine users: presence of unidentified white powder around the nose, hallucinations, vomiting, slow speech, runny nose, excessive inhalation, frequent urination, blood in urine, lower abdominal pain.

Fifth movement: How do you develop a proper attitude towards medication? Follow the prescription and guidance of a physician and pharmacist, and take medication at the correct time, intervals, and dosage.
